Refund policy

This policy covers orders placed with Burger Shop on this online menu.

You can ask the store to cancel an order before preparation starts. If you already paid online, the store refunds that amount to the same payment method.

If an order is wrong, incomplete, or not handed over, contact the store. The store will correct the order or refund what you paid.

A payment that is declined or does not finish is not charged.

How long a refund takes to appear depends on the card issuer or wallet. This store does not keep card numbers. Payment details are entered on the payment provider’s page.
